Bianca Woodard is a nationally recognized presenter and Apple Distinguished Educator who has delivered professional learning sessions for educators, school leaders, and instructional technology communities across the United States.

She has presented on topics including educational technology integration, mobile learning, instructional design, and ethical technology use in classrooms at the following conferences and events:

Experienced Social Studies Educator in Georgia and South Carolina

Bianca currently teaches at the secondary level and has served students in both Georgia and South Carolina, teaching courses that include AP African American Studies, African American Studies, AP Human Geography, AP World History: Modern, U.S. Government, Economics, US History and World History.

Her classroom practice emphasizes:

As a Teacher of the Year recipient and district finalist, Bianca brings real classroom expertise to every curriculum project and consultation.

Bianca’s curriculum work centers African American history as foundational—not supplemental—to understanding American and global history. Her research interests include African American educational history in Augusta, Georgia, landmark court cases affecting Black education, and African American women’s political activism.
