Bianca A. Woodard 

Bianca A. Woodard is an educator, curriculum architect, and cultural intellectual dedicated to advancing rigorous, culturally grounded education rooted in Black history, critical thinking, and ethical innovation.

With over a decade of experience in secondary social studies education, Bianca has taught African American Studies, AP Human Geography, AP World History: Modern, U.S. Government, Economics, and World History at both the middle and high school levels. She is currently a Social Studies educator at Westside High School in Augusta Georgia, where her work centers on historically accurate, primary-source-driven instruction and student-centered inquiry.  She is a conference speaker and professional development facilitator.

Bianca’s curriculum work centers African American history as foundational—not supplemental—to understanding American and global history. Her research interests include African American educational history in Augusta, Georgia, landmark court cases affecting Black education, and African American women’s political activism.
